Gia is not Alex's girlfriend. He has a crush on her and Gia likes him I guess it's not really shown like that in the film. I mean Alex showed more affection for Gia than vice versa plus they didn't kiss each other which means they are not togther. dreamworks website said so

if you look closely at one moment, Alex's eyes appear to be a really light sky blue/light blueish gray, yet in Madagascar two, it's a medium blue, while in the first Madagascar movie, it's just a bright blue.

I'm not kidding.

First Madagascar (scene where Alex's eye color expands while his pupil shrink during Tag is when you notice it the most)= bright blue eyes

Second Madagascar (when Florrie says "Zuba.... no.." and when Alex says "A real lion.." you see this the most obvious)= medium to ocean blue.

Third madagascar (if you look carefully at alot of the clips that are out already)= a strange mix between a very light blue (like really light sky blue) and a very light gray.


Am I'm the only one that notice that?
