I commissioned this from MinervaArtemis for my Gotham Interactive chapter where Jason Todd is chosen by a malfunctioning Star Sapphire ring. But since it's an all female organization, the ring transforms him to better fit in with his new teammates. Carol Ferris arrives on scene to help him out, since the rings aren't programmed to do TF nonsense.
