Yes. I always found it appealing as well. But now BeerusxKaioshin is a thing so we will not see this...ever. Not that we saw this ship around much to begin with but I would like to see someone expand upon it.

I need to agree, with how fast people jump on ships with less hints to work with was this saddly rather neglected and I even made attempts to look for the pairing on japanese art sites, which tend to be a goldmine for some rare pairings, but really little luck or I might have not looked everywhere.

Yes people are now all up on the BeerusxKaioshin boat, which is cute in its own way (kind of like Beerus more with Whis), I belive the life bond helped a number of pepole to see hints. Though I mostly see them reaching a friendship level one day.

I would also like to see someone deciding to still give the GohanxKaioshin pairing a chance which is more then one or two fics and three pictures. One does not even need to break to much, I have read GoganxDence fics where no one used the wife dies targically or divorce card so they could even place something in the setting of Super. Like with the short time limit Gohan decides to train in the sacred world of the Kaioshin or so.

That's another one. Dende totally has the hots for Gohan but the only ones who have expanded upon this idea is Team Four Star. It's so sad. I would like to see a GohanxDende story come to life also.

Yep, another wasted adorable ship. I mean there were even chances to work on with Dende having been probably the only child Gohan could have spent time with and everything they do (flying, Ki usage) being normal and not something which would allarm others. I mean they could have even studied together, after all Dende needed to learn everything about earht and they could have even used Gohan as the true reason he staid behind.

At least with this pairing there are a few more fics out there (which are saddly most of the time so-so with some good parts), but also too little art.

Exactly. Why is Gohan always cheated out of good character elements and relationships? Well, I commend anyone who takes the time to build on these concepts.

Soo true, everyone is stuck on the "Gohan needs to be the storngest", "he bacome a nerd and weak" and such things and if not busy complaining work on those elements. I have absolutely nothing against Videl, but how many examples are out there where fans divert around canon, after all this is for which fanfiction and fanart are there.

The internet is literally drowning in Goku/Vegita fics/art, but in Gohan's case we only get that he is either the strongest character or a weak nerd. He had several potentials, Gohan is after all the kind of character whom one can come to like, he literally atracted two "deities" with simply being a good person, but almost nothing is done with it.

Hopefully will someone take on this, I really don't want the situation like by some pairings I like where literally the only one writing or drawing art with them is me...

I definitely agree with all of this.
I get the feeling that people don't want to build on Gohan because they just see him as a gentle all-around kind person so there isn't much of anything to build from him. This is absolutely not true. His soft demeanor is only the base of his character. People forget Gohan's constant struggle (that is even shown in Super) between his human aspirations and his Saiyan desires. Those elements are just the beginning of fan material gold. 

Considering Gohan is one of the most if not the "purest hearted" Saiyan alive, I'm surprised the deities do not call upon him. Especially, after Goku's constant irresponsibility and selfish disposition these days. Had Gohan displayed his true power to the Gods he may have peaked some interest. Goku remains the highlight, but he is far from a "pure" being.

I follow about a handful of Gohan fans/artists. I would like to see the community flourish and grow because it really is difficult to get your fix when you have to be reliant on your own material.

Yes, I do love my works and ideas still in  the planning (meaning play through in my head a good number of times) to get done, but would like to see someone also working with them and how they view things.

I can only agree, looking at it Gohan is literally one of the best characters to work with in both art and fiction. Just looking at Z and Super (he had little spotlight in GT) and one can literally see just how layered his character is. He is a man stuck not by his choosing between two worlds, he has two sides to him which try to get the dominance and all his life he needs to balance between the two, which is not easy and the only reason he can find the strenght to bear with it is because on both sides are people on whom he can realy and knows that he has to continue for them. I kind of always believed and the time Chichi ordered him to train with his father I got a small confirmation that Sayaman is a way for him to let his Sayan side out withouth worrying that he might not be able to return to his human side. Really Gohan works in nearly all genrees (I try to draw, but I feel more confident in writing) one can use.

Yes Gohan could have gotten a lot of attention of higher beings, I mean remember Namek? The Elder noticed what lies in him and well Shin kind of also picked him as their champion, but fans were again on complaining (I kind of really agree with the fan theory that Zen-O-samas represent the Dragon Ball fans who just can't be satisfied) so not much come from it. Well there is still potential for Gohan to show his whole self to the gods, if I remember right in ep 85 there will be a meeting of the Kaiohshins and Shin might make some comments, for I'm sure the poor guy will be bombarded with questions.
