It turned out so pretty! This helm was a co-build between myself and Allen Amis (anarchysquared ) of Allen Amis Creations . I sculpted the dragon head, the scaled spine, and the scaled plates on the side, while Allen created the wing cheekplates and main helm body, as well as molding, casting, and the gunmetal finish on this beauty!
(Apologies if you already saw this over on aelice 's page, but we're both quite excited about showing off the finished helm.

I wish I could take credit for the photo! The finishing work for this particular piece was Allen's doing; I contributed the sculptural parts. I'll have a casting of it soon, though, and will be posting up the paint job I do on mine.

I hear you... I've come to terms with/headcanon'd my way through the Mass Effect ending just for the fact that 99% of the rest of the games and DLCs in the series are amazing. DA2 was... well, I would've been a lot more unhappy if I had paid full price for it, but the demo failed to impress and I ended up buying it when it was under $20. Again, they redeemed themselves quite a bit with the DLCs, and everything I've seen thus far for DA:I looks amazing, a world I really want to explore. They ask for feedback often and are very interactive with and supportive of their fan base; I think that impresses me most of all!
