Having your life saved is a very good thing. Unless, of course, you are a girl named Reikiko. In which case, you just might have luck bad enough that your savior turns out to be a foul-tempered fox demon. One who refuses to go away...This comic is read left to right! :]

Reading you description the facial expressions of them are fitting perfectly. It's like she is thinking "Yepp, you're right. He won't leave..." I myself think it to be really difficult to choose a proper baclground for covers but this one is really nice. It's not too detailed so the focus stays on the figures nor is it just one color or the like. And, even though it just may be a small detail, the fonts of the headline and your name are fitting as well. You can ruin a cover easily using a font which dosn't fit in.
In total the cover has a nice compositon and a good expression, which is making me curious about the whole comic

"Heart-blood" is not a phrase in English but by god it should be! I feel like that describes the feeling perfectly. What is your native language, may I ask?
And thanks for taking the time. Every single person who feels like my work is worth their time in reading it brings a smile to my face. I know how much is out there, and I know that I'm an "amateur" artist, but there's an awful lot of heart-blood that's gone into this

That's all my German. Haha. But I have been to Germany twice and it is so beautiful and green there (although it rains a lot!). I had some culture shock as an American when Friday night everything closed and nothing was open until Monday morning. I packed for warm weather so my feet were rained on all weekend! Still, it is a beautiful place with amazing food. And the sun rising over the alps... I don't think I've ever seen anything more beautiful.

I've noticed some good and promising items in your cover. The positions of the characters really does well to illustrate their viewpoints of their situation. Their attires also do well to show that they have are different in character with the girl being more modern and the guy being more old fashioned. I am confused if the story is supposed to be serious or not. The fact that this is done in nothing except black and white makes me think that it is supposed to be serious, but your description makes it sound like a classic comedy anime. Some clarification would probably help in the description. I would also like to suggest that you go a little further in making their opinions more prevalent. You've done a good job already, but you could make it more prevalent by having the fox demon acknowledge the girl in some way. Great work so far.

Thank you for your comment! I found it really useful. This is an older work I made 2 years ago when I started my comic, and I agree that there could be more interaction between the two. It was really interesting to hear that the black and white gave it a very serious feel but the description sounded like pure comedy. I may have to rewrite my description... It is a little bit of both, a dark comedy, or satire. But thank you for letting me know that I was not clear enough in my description!
