Yeah the design's wacky, but I can't see that thing having a Speed higher than 60 because it has stubby legs and the bottom part has to carry the three on itself. I sorta like the stat spread otherwise.

originally i had the concept of a floating totem pole (wierd i know, but its true) that could be really fast
but it kinda evolved into this thing and i didnt want to change my plans around
