Brief history: Born to an intelligent Pure blood family he spent his life Studying and learning. Unlike many others her tried to keep his head down and stay out of the fighting. He spent his time waiting for his opportunity to take over. This came when Dracula started his takeover. He quickly sided with him and showed he could still compete in the vampire world without killing or putting the race at risk. So impressed he was Dracula took him in as his student. He came with him to England where he helped establish a presence and power structure in the city. Feeling he was needed else where he named Sergei his successor and left.
Job: Head of all vampires in England
Personality: Intelligent, Ambitious, He likes stay stay out of the affairs of others unless it endangers another vampire life unfairly or puts the race at hole in danger. He enjoys flirting when he can. He has a bit of respect for any willing to take smart risks.
Flaws and strengthens: He Is quiet happy where he is so he has lost a desire to go further and get more power. However aside from being very smart he also cares for his race and does all he can to protect it. He also makes sure no one gets to ambitious for their own good.
Goals: He has reached his goal. He now seeks to protect his race and make sure they keep a strong presence in the city without being exposed.
