Description
Ocean themed, laser cut and CNC, stained plywood triptych. Approximate size is 400mm by 600mm for the larger parts and 300mm by 400mm for the smaller one. The depth of each is 30mm.

When designing this I was reading about mathematical symmetries and I wanted to include some of these ideas into my design. So each part is made to work in any direction (upside down or sideways) and the triptych on the whole can be rotated so that there are four different combinations.

Also, anyone familiar with my work may have noticed that this is my first piece of this kind in colour! This added a whole new level of complexity into the design and was by far my most difficult piece to assemble so far.
