Description Commission for - her OC Sailor Nereid!

I wanted to make her looking sophisticated and elegant, hehe. She represents France (it's for the new Sensho of the World group!) and Haley went for the design after ancient Versailles styles. I hope, I could get the hair style and the colours ect. to your taste, Haley! I am super content with the colours of the hair and eyes.
