This is my 'take' on the famous album cover. of course I started out listening to Janis when I started this but ended up discovering Moondog.24"x24"

thanks.. one of my favorites. Still have the original though. Most people dont appreciate the "dismantling" in the lower left corner

I don't know what you mean by the "dismantling" in the corner.
My folks have a limited album collection presently being crushed and warped in the bowels of our "entertainment center", lol.
"Pearl" is one of the albums.

The album cover is dark in the lower left corner so I took the liberty of adding some cover and showing her foot and the bottom of the couch. Sometimes as I paint I let youtube stream and at some point it showed me Moondog. Now I listen to him on occassion
