Yayz!
It's done! My end of the deal of the art trade with is complete and I like the way it turned out too.
RYST is the GIRL Elite:
She wears Ultra armor, BUT with a few key differences! Instead of silvery, her armor is a bright, clean white. The darker brown parts of her armor (on the front of the helmet, the middle of the shoulder pauldrons, etc.) are silver. Red markings are still there. Also, she always wears a long black-and-white striped scarf, and she stands a good deal taller than Fallout, at least a foot or so.
FALLOUT is the boy spartan.
He is her leader/boyfriend. Mark V helmet, scout chest, jump jet shoulders, FJ/PARA knee pads, etc. Armor colors are steel primary and blue secondary.

'Impossible' in what category? Examining the creatures face or trying to make a new friend? Because that's what my intentions are for this drawing: Interaction with the innocent intentions to becoming friends with one another and there isn't anything wrong with laying down arms and interacting with a non-human entity.
Hell, I would be terrified with excitement to be in that guys shoes!

No single sangheilli or spartan is important enough. That elite would be remarked as a dishonourable coward and the spartan was weird as f**k.

If it was, why haven't either of them attacked each other? Besides EVERYBODY knows just how Sexist Japan/China was back in the day and since their Military System and Honor System are so close I doubt that this Elite who is a female would make it to this ranking. Heck chances are this is taking place post Covenant Sepratists (since the slight mixture of culture would improve conditions for female Elites) meaning she had nothing to do with Reach and probably sympathizes with them.
Even if she was part of the Covenant fighting force pre-split there's NO WAY any Shipmaster taking part in that slaughter would want a female on their ship during such a crucial battle. She was probably part of a patrol around one of the outer rims and happened to meet this young spartan who WASN'T called to Reach.
So let's review the factors.
Sexism would prevent her from partaking in any major battle.
The Spartan would be stationed on Reach if it was Pre-Split
Probably came in Post-Split making her a supporter of humans.
Don't Prejudice. It's what causes so much violence.
