Sorry I haven't posted any drawings in a while, All my stuff just got moved into my new house so I've been helping get stuff unpacked, but now I once again can use my computer, so have a drawing of a new alien.
This is the Fan Tail, the average height of a Fan Tail is 15 feet tall, which may seem big but for this planet is just barely medium. And despite their size a pair of them can take down a Dragon Snake, which is usually 50 feet tall on average.
The reason Fan Tails can take down such a mighty beast is because of their tail and head, the tail weighs multiple tons on its own and could probably throw a human over a kilometer with their tails (saying kilometer cause that's less than a mile and a mile is pretty far,) the tail could still knock back a Dragon Snake a decent distance, maybe 20 - 30 feet, and would damage bones, and with enough hits would probably break bones.
And their heads have a large spike that is similar in shape to an arrow that can slice through meat fairly easily and is even used to make slices in canyons to cause rock slides, the reason why they do this is unknown.
They live mostly in desert-like places but will occasionally find their way into a volcanic area and live there, like this one has, it has developed colorings similar to lava to deter anything from attacking those areas.
