Its like midnight when I drew this D:But this came ot amazing in my opinion
I love the background.
This is my first time doing a constellation and a tear effect so dont shoot me for it.
I think Shayari is a pretty name so I named her that.
Beautiful design
the constellation is of her and her pup.
He died at 2 weeks D:
The backgrund seriously took me about 10 minutes?

How do you do your tears?
I do mine differently.

I reduce the opacity a lot then I use a thin brush.
then I use a small tiny silver colored fuzzy brush to make them shine very little
how do you do yours?

First I make a new layer and set it to multiply. I use the air brush but reduce the size of it. Then I draw the tears out. Then I make a new multiply layer and shade the tears very lightly. Then I make a new layer and set it to color dodge, and if I don't like the color that it makes, I just delete the color dodge layer and make a new one at normal and use white or a very very very light blue.
