IT'S ME!I made this with the pencil tool in Paint.Net. It took awhile to make, but was worth it. I may also make a pagedoll that is like this.

Good and enjoyable pixel art, with a defined style, and decent impact. It has an original and defined style. The outlines and coloring are good, and I especially like the animation. The menacing stare gives off the vibe that he is watching through the screen, playing off the behavior and intelligence the character possesses. Some improvements that could be made regard shape and proportion, as the top hat, while well drawn and colored, seems to be a bit short. The microphone also seems a bit smaller in proportion, and resembles a square compared to the original character's design, as the microphone takes more of a circular shape. Another thing worth pointing out is the slight inconsistency that the right ear is shorter and wider than the left ear. Another thing to consider would be shading your work, as the colors, while well balanced, would hold up even better if they where shaded. Regardless, it is still a good art piece, and the style really shines.
