Question, how do you do the dot bg, where you make the dots go smaller like that how you want?

The dot bg is a color halftone effect in photoshop. Go to filter----> pixelate---->color halftone. Then you have to toggle with the settings on the size you want. I had to toggle it 8-10 a few times before I could make it the way I wanted, and then I resized the bg so that it could fit behind the main image. I hope that helps you ^^
