After a bit of a stall, Sans' pupils return and he smiles as if nothing's wrong and he wasn't panicking only a few seconds ago, smiling at Rummy.
*kid, this is alphys and undyne. they're friends. guys, this is rummy.
"ARE YOU PROUD OF ME?! I DID A THING! AND THERE'S A BUNCH OF COOL STUFF IN HERE TOO! SPAGHETTOO, SOME RUNE-LOOKING THINGS--"

The fish was rather strong-looking. She wasn't masculine, but she had some nice, toned muscles. Clearly she had good confidence. The dino, however, was more hunched over and quiet. Less confident. The lab coat probably meant that she was a scientist or doctor or something. Sans nudged her a bit toward them, since meeting new people would be good for her. They were safe too. Alphys was an old friend of his, and if he could trust Undyne with Papyrus, then Rummy would be perfectly safe.Β

Rummy stared up at the fish lady in awe. Undyine was like a giant to the little fluff. Alphys was a bit more comfortable to stand by, and much less towering. She gave a shy greeting to Alphys before staring back up at Undyne.

Alphys smiled in a shy, awkward way. Since Rummy was rather small, she didn't feel as uncomfortable either.
*I-It's nice to meet you, Rummy.
Undyne hadn't quite noticed her yet though. Β Meanwhile, Papyrus is spinning or something in the background, because it seems funny.

Alphys raised her brow and smiled again, closing her eyes. She didn't even realize that she was blushing a little.
*Y-Yeah. Unyne is pretty tall.
With her name mentioned again, Undyne tore her eyes off of Papyrus finally and looked down at the two short people. The small fluff was a new sight to her however. She grinned widely and stooped down to her level at an alarming speed.
*Hey, punk! Didn't even see ya' there!

Rummy gasped a bit in surprise and fell back onto her little bum. Fish lady too big. and scary

The reaction made Undyne laugh.
*Aw, you're a jumpy little fluff! Heh, don't need to be afraid of me, kiddo.
The tall fish woman stood back up, putting one hand on her hip.

She blinked up at her, then looked back at Sans.Β

Sans was looking down, not really smiling for once, but perked up quickly again with a wide grin once he noticed her. He chuckled and made a hand motion.
*yeah. she's cool. paps has told you about her before. remember when he tried to jump off that cliff with you?

She fluffed up again at the thought of that. "Y- yeah..?"

*he said undyne was the one who helped solve the fear. well...uh, this is undyne. so it probably makes more sense now.
It was not a good choice in words though, because the combination of Rummy fluff and cliff jumping caught Undyne's interest.
*Huh. Got a bit of fear there, kid?
Sans realized what he had just done and picked Rummy up.
*nope. perfectly fine. let's focus on getting pap outta there please?

Rummy crawled into Sans' hood quickly and clung to the back of his skull. "Y- yeah, let's just get Pappy out..!!"Β

Undyne was suspicious, which she would not let go of, but she was still concerned for her friend. Looking at Papyrus in the void, she seemed to try and analyze it for a moment...but thinking about it really was't her style. THINKING WAS FOR NERDS! She shoved her and right in and pulled Papyrus out by his scarf. The lack of gravity and whatnot meant that Papyrus was now face down on the floor. He at least rose a thumbs up to show that he was okay.

Sans seemed to relax a little, so Rummy took that as a cue to relax a bit as well. Alphys helped Papyrus to his feet quickly.Β

Papyrus was disoriented, but after shaking is head, he seemed a-okay again!
"SANS! SANS, DID YOU SEE?! DID YOU SEE ME?! I WAS IN THE VOID! UNDYNE, ARE YOU PROUD OF ME?! I WAS SUPER BRAVE AND AWESOME!!"

Papyrus posed pridefully as if he were the most admirable hero of all time. "OF COURSE IT IS! NYEH HEH HEH!"
Sans let out a relieved sound of sorts, walking up to Papyrus and grabbing his arm, catching the tall skele's attention.Β

Rummy blinked and patted Sans' arm to get his attention. "What's spaghetti?"

He looked up at her, squinting a little.
*it's a pasta. kind of like dough, but sweeter, softer, and thinner. papyrus can make the best of it.
He was trying to use a tone that Papyrus wouldn't catch, but Rummy would. Papyrus tried. He really did try. But it wasn't quite edible yet.

Papyrus suddenly got on his knees, using the biggest eye sockets he could manage. "YES, SANS, YOU ALWAYS GO TO GRILLBYS! I DON'T EVEN REMEMBER THE LAST TIME YOU ATE MY LOVELY HOME COOKED SPAGHETTI!" He looked at the ground in a more thoughtful, irritated way. "THOUGH TECHNICALLY YOU'RE THE ONE MISSING OUT; YOU TAKE YOUR AMAZING CHEF OF A BROTHER FOR GRANTED WITH KETCHUP."

Rummy was growing more excited and fluffy. "Yea, Sansy! We can get fries another time! Pappy's gonna make spaghetti!"Β

Sans scratched the bottom of his skull. He wasn't exactly thinking of fries, but he couldn't refuse both his brother AND Rummy. That was, like, two doses of anti-no. It was almost unfair how anti-no that was. With a soft sigh, he shrugged.
