also, i have read 'most' of the Tokyo Ghoul :Re manga, so this might contain spoilers.

Her hair is dark grey (not quite black) and goes down to her mid back. Her eyes are a grey-blue colour.
When she is going jobs and hunting for herself and George, she wears a medieval themed white and light pink dress, with pale red leggings, leather boots

Personality:
  Martina is a kind-hearted, quiet, and sweet when she is 'human'. Due to this kind-hearted nature, she simply adores children and would never harm or show her true from to one. She is quite shut in, but opens up to children and can't say no to them. Martina has problems saying no, and due to this she has been put in many dangerous situations. Her 'ghoul' persona is equally as quiet, and has blind loyalty to her serperiors. After the fall of Aogiri, she became more nervous and even quieter than she normally was. This was due to the fact that she didn't want to lose everyone again, after all, she had made a few 'friends' in Aogiri before it fell.
History/Plot:
  Martina was born into a wealthy family, as her mother was the eldest daughter of a wealthy designer brand owner. She often traveled to Germany to see her mother's family, but was never taught how to speak German, as her mother normally spoke for her. These visits died off once the German ghoul investigators started closing in on her uncle, who had started to make himself known. While the rest of her family are safe, she never returned as her parents feared something could happen if they visited. While Martina sent letters to her cousins for a few years, she started to stop sending them as she wanted to focus on studying on becoming a teacher.

During her high school years, she met George Dalton and the future leader of the 7th Ward, she would often neglect her family and friends for her studies. During this time she made a name for herself on the streets of the 5th Ward. She moved to the 7th Ward after she graduated from High School, she worked part-time for a year or so, then started studying to be a teacher.

After the fall of Aogiri, she was severly injured, due to many investigators and her refusal to leave George to die, and wouldn't study due to her fear of lashing out at her human tutors. During this time she told her university that she had a severe allergic reaction to something, she doesn't quite remember what she told them. She became quieter after the fall of Aogiri due to growing fears of losing those she loves, or made friends with.

Powers & Abilities:
  Martina has a little bit more stamina than the adverage Ukaku, as she had extensive stamina training as a child.
  Martina's eye sight is quite advanced, as her fathers blood line are notorious for their eye sight. But only when her Kakugan is active. This gene is dominant, and will always be apart of the next generation. This gene is thought to have come from ancestors of this bloodline who may have taken part of cannibalism and inter-family marriage, not uncommon among powerful bloodlines.

      George Dalton/Spring Heeled Jack: Martina's boyfriend of 5 years (Start of TG :re), after 3 years after :re they later get married.
    7th Ward leader: Martina was quite close with them, as they met when they were children. They died in the fall of Aogiri after being forced to join when Aogiri started taking over Tokyo.
    Kaneki Ken: Due to Kaneki being the leader of Goat, she has a very professional relationship with him, not to say that she hasn't interacted with him outside of Goat. She refuses to make friends with anyone else from Goat due to her growing fears of losing nearly everyone again. When his apparent execution was broadcasted on TV, she became very skittish, thinking that she was going to be hunted down.
Members of Goat: Strictly professional relationships, as she does not want to become close to any of them, in fear that she may lose them again.
Trivia:
- Due to her mother being a Chimera, her children have more a chance of being Chimera ghouls as well (Headcannon sort of what-not)
- George (Her boyfriend) has taught her a little bit of english, mind you she doesn't really know how to use it, but can address people properly. eg. Miss Mado, Mr Amon, etc.
- During her run-ins with the CCG, many children have been caught in the firing line, but so far none have been hurt or injured aside from minor bruising.
- Her middle name was her great-grandmothers first name. She only met her great-grandmother once.
- She has amazing Kagune control, as if she needs too, she can change it's shape to hide her identity. She has done that in the past, mostly during her time as Rat.
- During her time as Rat, she wore black clothing, with a grey wig and had a mask of a black rat with red eyes.
- When Aogiri took control of the 7th Ward, she was allowed to keep her identity as Lady Faerie.
- She simply detests ghouls who just take life for the fun of it. She would rather see her enemies die, than peoples lives be wasted. But that doesn't mean she isn't above mindlessly killing for the good of the organisation she is apart of. She also has no problem with killing humans for food.
- Due to her being in a relationship with George for so long, she doesn't mind eating around him. But she still is very self conscious about it.
- Seeing as the Ghoul Restaurant was located in the 7th Ward, Martina was asked to guard multiple times. Her guarding duties also extended to the many Auctions that took place in other Wards.
- When Goat was forced into hiding, she stopped hunting as Lady Faerie, instead she hunted as Rat.
- Rat, to the CCG, is seen as another ghoul entirely, as Martina has a tendancy to start laughing while fighting as Rat.
