Here, a Ianto for Spirit Day even though it was 3 days ago where I am lol. DEVIANTART IS STILL PURPLE SO I DON'T CARE. I DON'T EVEN CARE.edit: I feel quite ashamed of myself right now because I was so busy getting angry about Children of Earth that I didn't even talk about why I actually drew this. I'll just delete the mini rant so that nobody has to see the hate -- this is supposed to be about love, after all.
Purple on the pride flag represents spirit. Ianto's got a lot. He's all about the spirit. He represents to me a lot of what I think Spirit Day is for. He's had struggles, pain, heartache, more than most, and he found a love that could pull him through. But in the end, well...
I won't go again into what I thought of CoE or what was done to Ianto. That would defeat the purpose of me having deleted the aforementioned rant, after all. I'll just say that Ianto's spirit lives on in every fan who still loves him and still feels for him and will always be proud of him, and that pride is represented by the lambda scar on his cheek.
In summary: Ianto and spirit and pride and love.

Oh, he's already made up his mind long ago that he's going to. Ianto's not going to be coming back into the show. /: GDL wrote a comic about an alternate universe Ianto who didn't die because he made a f=different choice and turned evil. That was just so Ianto could stay alive in some form. I highly doubt RTD is going to do anything with it.

I don't know how I do this, but I love it when I stumble across awesome things like this. The little bit right below the edit is so very very true about Ianto and really, I think that's a part of why so many people miss him. He was, and is, someone we can identify with, even in small ways. So a very big
