Ah yes, my favorite series to crossover with my favorite artifact of chaotic discord. Funny thing? I didn't even request/commission this and I loves my Ghost Pokémon.
Fantina (メリッサ) is a Ghost-type Gym Leader in the Sinnoh Region but she also participates in horrible filler material -- I mean Pokémon Contests, making her quite the showman...er, woman.
That said, even while wearing the Mask, she's going to put on a show even on a night such as this. Drifblim doesn't seem to mind so much, but then again that's not the kind of Pokémon that's easy to read...

Surprisingly, major Ghost-type trainers are depicted as more stable figures in both senses of word.
Well headcanon isn't very kind to Morty and Shauntal in terms of fanart (Morty - stoner, Shauntal - fujoshi) nor is PokéSpecial to Agatha what with that "Gym Leaders + Elite Four are either worse than Team Rocket or secretly working for them" rule in the Kanto arc.
