Now for something completely different...

...well not really. Technically I had this character for a while.

After countless proselytizing of various artists and friends of friends that said they were gonna do it for years but didn't, someone ACTUALLY managed to draw one of my first OCs for me. I'm so proud ;-;

SDKZero is technically "one of us" (referring to this of course) but I had a couple of non-Mask requests for him done a while back pertaining to my original characters some time ago. First he did two weapon designs (Phasma Réalta being one present in this picture. More on that later.) and later had him draw one of the central characters Saemi... there's always a strange satisfaction of seeing other people draw your characters.

Still in the habit of ambiguously lazily airbrushed backgrounds, but this one's supposed to be a night scene as I had Seiken Densetsu/the Mana series in mind (even considering having luminescent "flowers" in the back but I didn't care to browse for a brush that "worked" when the ones I had on hand didn't). The energy she's charging up is actually made of two colors - Purple and Blue, which is recurring a lot in this picture - to give off that halo effect. Lighting doesn't match, I know.

While I have attempted coloring his other works before, technically this is the only one I actually shaded, sort of a "tech demo" to see if his works would be okay to shade without much clean-up on the paper and linework and all.

No problems here, but second opinions are welcome.
