Redesigned, and to be honest this design kinda sucks, so I'll redesign him later

He is very short tempered guy with many ideas.
He believes human society is disorganized, and basically the whole world is a mess, monsters roaming everywhere, wizards with unstoppable power, people doing whatever they please, each at their own, when they could instead build a great and advanced world.
He hates magic, because it's so unpredictable and hard to control.
He also doesn't like the other civilized creatures, like the moths.

This guy is nuts for science, something that theres no much knowledge about in this world, he discovered one of the "tomato" bases with some tech inside, and he is trying getting them to work.
For example that laser gun, shaped as a ketchup bottle (comedy gold right... no)
Also ZN-3, the tomato sentry bot.
