This was actually the inspiration for this: [link] but I only got around to painting it yesterday. Originally, it was going to be a graphite piece, but I kind of wanted to branch out of my comfort zone and try a monochromatic sort of thing.
So I broke out the watercolors, and there you go. The painting is too big for my scanner, so the quality isn't the best. I'll see if I can fix it up later.

Um so I've seen this before, and I slept perfectly fine and literally nothing happened... plus I had a great day the next day and got a 100 on a test so I'm afraid it is fake... plus getting kissed or asked out is probably the worst day ever for me
im just saying to anyone who sees this, this is completely fake and can do nothing. I have seen at least a bazillion things like this, and I'm pretty sure I'm fine.

I love how Erik is wrapped up in a blanket (I assume), it's almost like he dies as a baby in the way that he is comforted physically and mentally by somebody that he loves. Beautiful!

This is so wonderful! So because of that I feel bad that the only thing I could think as I zoomed in close was 'I hope her nose dose'nt get stuck in his nasal cavity'. I am such a bad person. Forgive me. This is just so beautiful but with his lack of a nose it is so distracting and I think it every time I see a Leroux ExC maskless kiss. I'm sorry don't be mad at me.

I just finished reading the book, and Erik was allot creepier than I thought he was. I officially like your fanfictions and this beautiful painting even more than I did (which I didn't think was mentally possible) since in your fandom, Christine actually likes Erik. That piece of music is lovely as well!

Wow, that's a huge compliment! Thank you so much! Erik is definitely creepy in the original novel. I remember the first time I read it, I kept thinking, "What is WRONG with this guy? I just can't figure him out." And then there was the end, of course, and my heart went out to him.
