What if.. hear me out.. What if after the first few months, or maybe the first year, John starts to get all lonely and depressed? What if he starts to regret staying with Jade and doesn’t want her to know so he stays quiet about it and pretends he’s ok so that she won’t worry? What if he desperately misses the fuck out of Rose, Dave? What if he is dying to meet Karkat?
