You need to be more patied (well did i write this word right? :3) with details on your character.
Their size, their proportions and rhytm of each does matter. On same lavel of visual location we can have ONLY 5 plus minus 2 objects, toher must be on upper or the lower level.
If not - we will have the situation of your work - too many same-sized same-lined - same rhytmed and balanced to each other on one level details.
if you dont undestand - see your face and havds in the mirror - face and hands are upper lvl, eyes-brows-mouth ets are the middle, eyebrows - eye center are lower.
take a friend and say to em to lift his open hands to his face - try too see the whole 3 elements, whan try to see a face only - than try to see only eye. You will see, how your works with visual centers. ) (uppper elements in middle lever will be barely unseeen, unclean - on lowrer level you will lose em from your sightrange.)
Also, very good lines, good standing, interesting anatomy and proportions of masses.
In result, you have a good sketch but the concept must be refined. (not broken, but re-worked)

right hand is awesome looks like a dragon's hand.
im a little troubled with its color if it has one.
