Hi SoldatNordsken, thanks for the comment and fav.
I've looked at your gallery and I personally think your on the right track, theres nothing wrong with your rock texture work mate, all look really good and very accomplished.
I tend to use a range of different rock texture brushes then refine what the brushes gave me, I focus more on value and form and the basic lay of the surface.
One thing to remember is if your texture is highly detailed (if taken from a photo) then you will need to reduce its resolution or increase the amount of detail you paint into it. But your work looks great, very epic environments and you just need to keep doing what your doing mate.

I've seen some of your progression, and I must say, you are improving at an incredibly fast rate lol.
It has a really nice texture as well and the shadows are spot on.

That really is very good indeed. Is it all custom brushes that you've used? I've never really had a go at speed painting, but the more I see, the more I wanna do some.
Great piece of art!

well, this one is amazing too.
And this could be path to the Albesila ... on early idea I imagine this path in this way.
It'll be wonderfull if you agree to use this painting as a concept for MoA project.

Wow man, nice job. if it wasn't for the small brush strokes here and there it wouldn't be considered a speedpainting.

thanks for the comment, I think the better a person gets their custom brushes the more detail can be incorporated with having to invest the time.
