I love all those lovely scale details! I can only imagine how bloody long they took to do, and the anatomy of the necks is very nice.
Not to mention the super clean line work and those gorgeous eyes!

While I appreciate your comment I fundamentally disagree with it.
Yes I think my art is bad as there is little to no progression with my art, also there is just dragon heads smiling nothing more, furthermore the backgrounds are very dull and simple and lifeless, it is beyond basic at best.
Sorry but I'm not a true artist I'm not good and neither is my art.

white spots of varying side all over the body
then softly use an eraser with about 10% density to make them less visible, the scales that are nearest to the light source are the most white and bright.
