I won’t be able to give you a technical critic since I don’t know much about photography but…
I really like your photo! It’s both original and fascinating! It actually looks like a painting - especially the beams’ part. Also, it conveys a serene atmosphere of peace and tranquility and yet, at the same time, my eyes are restless. They can’t seem to focus on any point of your picture. They just keep wandering from one beam to another.
I actually love the high contrast between these beams and the sky, which doesn’t make your composition look any less hamonious or balanced. Also, the title is quite fitting. It’s like your photo encourages me to stay calm since everything looks so clear, still and motionless but I still feel agitated by what’s right in front of me and I can’t explain why. I guess the point of view you chose to take this photo probably plays a role in this.
I don’t know if my comment matches what you wanted to express with this photo but I just shared here how I feel while looking at it.

It was indeed a time and place to just stay calm and wait.

I have been admiring this shot since it was posted, but am not sure I can give much of a critique. This is looks great as is.
So: What I like about this image.
Composition is very interesting. So different, yet wonderfully balanced. I find my eyes moving constantly between the beams and the sky. From a technical standpoint, everything is in focus and exposed correctly. The juxtaposition of man-made straight beams and organic ethereal clouds, of motionless structure and stormy clouds, is wonderful. I can't quite pin the emotion this image gives me, but it is definitely positive.
The only thing that I can see to fix is a tiny bit of lens distortion on the lowest beam--but if you like that effect, not a problem.
