After they consider drawing her and that a friend has just drawn several characters from that series, and decide to draw her for a few reasons,I like the character besides Mona of this series, although it is not one of my favorites in general, but it is still pretty and I also liked her song and I would have liked that song to have been dubbed in many languages if they already have the dubbing. (Update: Officially there is a Spanish version, it's amazing)
Well, what I came to decide is that she is doing tests of tickles and other things to check how much they could enjoy the Penny's feet.
