so, in the original d&d campaign eden was created for, one of his abilities allows him to create a creature called a homunculus. for the sake of the campaign, the homunculus is created from some of the essence of eden's soul, a manifestation of some part of him. and also a lot of very expensive materials that eden cannot reliably get on a regular basis, so he hasn't summoned it yet in the campaign.... until now.

here he is. this is mini eden, aka eddie. he's got many of eden's worst personality traits but turned up to an 11, and he's just... a little gremlin. he's like six inches tall and likes to perch on eden's shoulder, yelling swears and flipping people off with his tiny hands. however, despite his aggression and rudeness, he cannot take what he dishes out. he has no physical ability to back up his smart mouth, and he relies entirely on how cute and small he is to get people's guard down and manipulate them into protecting him and doing him favors.

eden thinks eddie is an annoying little shit, but he's not at all immune to this, and eddie is like a son to him. i have an idea in mind for a scene where eden's walking with eddie on his shoulder, and he's holding up individual apple slices for eddie to munch on.
