It's something we can all relate to, yet something that rarely comes up in creative work. I applaud you having the stones to go forth with it.

i am glad to see, that at least in the comic portrayal, you wash your hands < smiles >
i used to imagine having to pee so bad my bladder seemed about to burst, and at that moment having the most crucial moment occur, and if the somatic compulsion to void would affect my ability in whatever crucial moment i imagined.
my fear was that i'd be too distracted by the somatic urgency of having to piss that i would fail to, i don't know, notice in time and tackle some kid out of the way of a runaway bus or whatever.
later, my hypothesis / fear was tested in the pee situation and others, and with me at least, every single bodily sensation disappears in reaction / response to an emergency. (except what i need to respond to the emergency)
i have received feedback that it's usually the same way for others. reassuring, that. and more.

Frustratingly, no I don't. I'm working on my first proper comic to be released towards the end of the year and I'm hoping to have a couple of minis out before then. I'll be in a couple of anthologies this year as well so just watch out really.
As much as I'd like to be, I won't be, I'm in the UK so it's not exactly convenient.

Thing is, number ones and quick, They give you little time to ponder. It's the number twos you need to watch out for.

on the toilet and in the shower or bath people get a lot of ideas. at least I do. or when I'm on a bus or subway, when you don't have to think about other stuff.
another good comic to add to your collection. especially the colours and drawing lines are again fingerlicking sweet.

It's a double edged sword really. It's great to find out that so many people think in the same way and can relate, but then you realise that you're the only douche who felt the need to go and make a comic about it.
I have to admit, I don't get many ideas in these places. Usually I just have the idea of this very comic, but thankfully that's out of my system now so who knows what I'll start thinking about now.

ha, yeah, you're the only one, yes, but that's a good thing. I don't think of it as douche-material at all.
it's what stand up comedians do all the time. talk about recognizable stuff. people think it's funny. I do too, because I'm part of those people.
and perhaps now,yes, when this is out of your system, the gate is open to all kinds of wacky stuff. later in your auto-biography, you can write that this was a life-changing moment.
perhaps you're not there yet ( as you feel it, I know what that means ), but you're already with one foot in the "there".
