???Doodle from a roleplay I'm doing on my Muffet blog. Idk I had the need to upload something.
The context is that since the CORE went kablooie and everything turns to something it shouldn't (i.e. warm snow, cold lava), Muffet's spiders turn to flies, and the flies turn to spiders. The spiders can fly, and the flies can spin webs.
Muffet had made a deal with the Lord of the Flies (finger guns) for his assistance to creating webs in her parlor -- as her spiders can no longer spin. In exchange, she and her spiders spare the flies. As the flies are spinning webs, they make themselves too comfortable in her parlor and become a nuisance to the spiders; provoking, teasing, etc., and if a single fly is harmed then the treaty between the natural enemies is broken.
As Muffet waits for this to blow over she becomes impatient with the flies and their leader, so she goes to the Underground's serf -- G -- for help.
Personally I think since we've seen in the Genocide Run how stubborn Muffet is about leaving her web, the same would apply in Echotale. Upside-down logic? Muffet doesn't care.
