Hmmm... the background is Polish flag, right (lol I'm Polish)? I think it would be better if there was more white color visible on the drawing (so instead of starting on top, maybe it would be better if it started in the middle of the picture). And Red looses a little of value towards the top. Also If you would make a whole background red Poland's face would stand out more (that is a good thing too).
I kinda don't know what Feliks is doing with his right arm, the angle looks a little odd but just a little
Anyways I wrote a lot but really those things that I criticized are small "mistakes", and overall your drawing is like totally awesome

I always take the proportions and poses from the real people, so this hand was like that on the photo, that I choosed for drawing ^^
About background - I used the style of "my life is polish" website xD
And why it isn't white? - coz I've scanned this drawing and it looked too pale on the screen, then I desided to make some contrast by my computer. And so the stripe after that became more pink =_= But originally it is white on the top ^^
Thank you anyways, I really need to be criticised more~

I think it is a good protrait
the face looks really like a woman (I know he is femi but still) and I think the mouth have to be just a little bigger. but it is small things.
the eyes are really pretty and happy
I think it is so sad that the hand just get black, because I can't really se where the fingers have to be form like and like that if you understand

I've scanned this drawing and put on it some more contrast using my computer, coz it looked too pale. That's why the fingers are hardly seen((
