sucked, they chose the worst possible clips and music to go with it. I have a friend who's editing in Peter's voice for the scene. Along with the original music.

If the dubbing quality is like Black Lagoon and Death Note. Then yes. If not I'm hoping it's better than the westwood dub. That was garbage compared to the early sagas and movies.

Hahaha it is Drummond's voice, he voiced a teen named Hiyato Shingu. Drummond's rage as that character beats all his other performances as Vegeta! lol He recorded that in a different anime called Project ARMS the same year as DBZ with Westwood Studios in like 2002.

If they recast cell hope they use Ward Perry, the guy was like 26 when he dubbed DBZ back in 96, so he can probably still do the voices he did before too!

And Alec doesn't sound deep and intimidating enough to voice Cell.
Ward Perry as Cell and Lee Tockar as Imperfect Cell would've been a good choice. They sound creepy and intimidating enough to voice him.

Alec voiced Burter, Turles, and one of the twins from Tree of Might, right? I think he might work, personally.

Nope sorry most of that was incorrect due to a barrel of screams from different actors getting mixed up from a variety of shows. Alec Willows only voiced Oolong, Lakesei, and the Bio men in the movies. Other than that Ward Perry voiced Turles in both versions(Look up his performance as Keith Red in Project ARMS). Burter is clearly a Don Brown role, not Alec Willows. (Someone got Don Brown's screech and Alec Willow's Bat Oolong screech mixed up). Plus you can hear alittle bit of Garlic Jr and Hercules in his role as Burter. Also these actors were never credited properly in the movies.

It's all thanks to a guy on YouTube who had been trying to find out who was who. Like I didn't know Dodoria and Zarbon were both voiced by Paul Dobson. Now I can tell. Ward Perry and Paul Dobson's roles as Wheelo and Koichin were apparently mixed up as well. And I have no idea how the heck thought Ted Cole was Turles. He doesn't even remotely sound like him. And Brian Dobson voiced Kid Buu not Ward Perry.
