nicely done 
The only thing is her pupils, they would need a bit more detail and the right iris has to be a bit bigger
and one last thing but im not sure is that the front hand needs to be blured so it doesnt catch the eyes and the focus become only on her face at first glance
But overall its a really nice paint well done
