Love the colors. Especially the skin and the yellow in the eye.
Not really a fan of the texture in this case. It looks like one large image slapped over the painting.
Might look better if you used this texture for the background. Erased it over the figure and bubbles, then used a different (or none) texture over those.
Also, if she's underwater, her hair seems like it needs to have some buoyancy, and not lay so flat.
And I'm wondering where she gets her piercings done.
I like the image though. Good mood to it. Nice work.
