This is not one of my favourites I have to say. The blue pipe in the centre of the shot is really distracting. Personally I would have made this one darker as well, sacrificing the colour to make a bigger impression.
Thinking about it, I would do the left hand side as it is, and from the centre of the image to the right I would make it darker like I described above. Something of a "What we see / what we percieve" piece.

I love the reds of the bricks and dumpster and the blues of the rooves and sky.
