Yet another stunning pice mate, as always I'm totally blown away by your colorings and your imagination is truly inspiring. Makes me think of trailer trash hillbilly robot XD it's awsome each time I look at it I'm expecting some straws to poke out somewhere but then I realize it's a robot XD faved!

Besides for a severe case of artists block I've been just dandy. Finally finished my bloody gasmask dude sculpt after a loong looooong while XD Wonderful to see you still going strong and producing awsome art, I'll have to see about asking you about sculpting one of your chars in the future XD

Ah, so this is a Wizard of Oz kind of thing, eh? He is kind of reminiscent of turnip-head from Howl's, but he looks like he can take care of himself.

Exactly! I'm still trying to figure out how to work the Lion into it--I was thinking of a big, fat trucker with a large beard and long hair. 
And it's funny, I've still not seen Howl's Moving Castle, but I must have seen the scarecrow at some point, because the drawing I did a few years ago of the original Smilin' Joe looked even more like Howl's scarecrow than this one does. Must have been subconscious.

Heh, the trucker would probably work well. Looks super tough and scary, but he's just a big teddy bear at heart.
Studio Ghibli designs tend to be pretty distinct, so maybe they just sink in more easily. Howl's is definitely worth the watch, though I've yet to find a Ghibli film that isn't.

It's an adorable movie, worth the time! This kakashi is a little different in the fact he has legs, and his arms aren't afixed. It's mostly the head/face that's semi-similar...and I guess the somewhat jaunty attitude...
