Vault Boy

A S.P.E.C.I.A.L Fighter

Basic Attack: Vault Boy will attack with Weapons from the fallout series.

A Attack: Vault Boy will use the Brass Knuckles, He will do a Left punch and then a Right punch

side Tilt: Vault Boy will pull out a Laser Rifle and shoot a straight forward laser beam in front of him

Up tilt: Vault Boy will pull out the Shishkebab and do a sword swing slash above him

Down Tilt: Vault Boy will pull out a Plasma Flamer and point it in a downward arc and shoot a blast of fiery Plasma

Side Smash: Vault Boy will pull out the 2076 Baseball bat, Here he will wind it up and then swing it forward

Up Smash: Vault Boy will pull out the Broadsider and point it straight up, here he will shoot a Cannon ball straight up, which upon reaching it maximum height, will explode.

Down Smash: Vault boy will pull out a Super Sledge, he will lift it above him and then slam it straight into the ground in front of him

Dash: Vault Boy will run forward and do a fury of punches

Neutral Air: Vault Boy will wave his arms and legs around, as he panic in the air

forward Air: Vault Boy will pull out the ripper and do a forward knife slash

Upward Air: Vault boy will pull out a power fist and do a straight up upper cut

Backward Air: Vault Boy will pull out a Sledge Hammer and do a backward hammer swing

Downward Air: Vault Boy will accidently drop a grenade, it will fall straight down below him and then explode. when he drops the Grenade, Vault Boy will Panic and try to swim up in the air.

Grab: Vault Boy will use the Perk, Intimidation. Vault boy will point his pistol and say " HOLD IT", Now when he says it a speech bubble with Hold it will appear in front of him. When a Enemy is hit by Hold it, they are Grab by Vault Boy. When Grab the enemy will have the Charismas symbol above their heads

Pummel: Vault Boy will slap them, Like how dare you try to attack me

Forward Throw: Vault Boy will shake his opponent's hand, afterward, the enemy will notice a active Grenade in their hand, Which will explode and send the enemy flying forward

Backward Throw: Vault Boy will walk by the foe, then he will pat their back. then the enemy will notice Vault boy put a grenade in their pocket and will try to get it out. But it will explode, sending them enemy flying

Upward Throw: Vault Boy will start talking to the enemy, but then he will roll a Grenade under his foe, without them noticing. Then the grenade will explode and send the foe flying straight up

Downward throw: Vault Bot will point behind the foe, the enemy will turn around and then Vault Boy will hit them over the head with a baseball bat. Knocking them into the ground and the foe bouncing off the ground

Neutral Special: Pistol: Vault boy will pull out his pistol and shoot it straight forward. It does chip damage

Side Special: Mine: Vault Boy will throw a Mine onto the ground, when a Enemy or Vault boy step on it, it will explode. If it is damage, the mine will explode. Now the type of mine will be random

Frag: This is the basic mine, it will create a small explosion that will knock enemies back.

Plasma: This is a uncommon Mine, The Explosion does more damage and has larger explosion size

Bottle Cap: a Uncommon Mine, the Explosion does more damage then the Frag mine, the Explosion height is taller, but the width of the explosion is smaller.

Cryo: This is a rare mine, that upon exploding, enemies hit by the explosion will become frozen.

Now Vault boy can place up to 3 mines, if Vault boy put a 4th mine, the oldest mine will explode automatically. Now Vault boy can be damage by his own mines

Up Special: Eyebot: Vault Boy will ride on top of a Eyebot and float straight up, upon reaching it's maxium flight time, the Eyebot will explode and Vault Boy will go into Free fall. He must touch the ground to use eyebot again

Down Special: V.A.T.S: Vault Boy will point his rifle and all enemies close enough will glow Green. Now Vault Boy can lock onto 4 body parts. Head, Arms, Legs and Body. Upon pressing the A button, V.A.T.S will lock onto that body part. Upon pressing B Vault Boy will shoot that Body part with his pistol. Now the damage does chip damage and no knock back. But the body parts have their Hp bars, The more Vault Boy damage a body part with V.A.T.S, it will effect something of the enemy

Head: Special Attacks: When damaging the head, it will weaken the damage output of Special Attacks

Body: Shield: When damaging the body, it will weaken the enemy's shield and their endurance of being smash, making them a bit more easily to smash

Arms: Attacks: When damaging Arms, it will weaken the damage output of Attacks, smash attacks and Grabs

Legs: Jump/Speed: When damaging the Legs, it will decrease movement speed and jumping height. As well Air attacks.

Now if Vault Boy can deplete the Limb's Hp, He will cripple that limb, upon crippling a enemy's body part it will add a new effect

Cripple Head: Special Attacks will be disable for a couple moments

Body: the Enemy's shield is disable and are easier to smash

Arms: All basic, smash and grabs will be disable for a couple moments

Legs: The enemy can only walk and they can't jump for a couple moments.

Now when using V.A.T.S time will move normally

Now Vault Boy will have a V.A.T.S bar above his Damage bar. Here it will have 4 slots, As the player can target enemies with V.A.T.S 4 time. to restore it, it will slowly recharge on it owns, but will restore quicker when eating food item.

If hit by a while using V.A.T.S it will automatically cancel V.A.T.S,

Final Smash: Fatman: Vault Boy will pull out his deadliest weapon, The Fatman. Vault Boy will point his Fatman straight forward and shoot the mini nuke straight forward. Upon impacting the ground or when it hits a enemy, it will create a massive explosion and do huge damage to enemies and send them flying

Up Taunt: Vault Boy will give a Thumbs up

Down Taunt: Vault Boy will pull out a Nuka Cola and drink it

Stage Entrance: A Vault will be on the stage, Open up and Vault boy will walk out

Palutena: Vaults are underground bunkers, created by Vault Tech. Incase of nuclear bombs. It's like a reset bomb, except it destroys everything

Viridi: WHEN HUMANS, Make something, it ends up destroying everything.

Pit: so where he from, it just destroy

Viridi: Not really, The nuclear bomb scar the land, the nuclear fallout poison the land. Making it very difficult for life to survive. But it somewhat found a way. The radiation mutated the wild life. turning them into Mutants

Palutena: Indeed. Giant Scorpions, Giant flies. Mutated humans, Mutant dogs. Rogue robots and all kind of horrors

Pit: Surviving seems tough in the wasteland

Viridi: Yeah, That where Vault Tech comes in, with there " Help"

Pit: what do you mean

Palutena: though some vaults are made for shelters, they are also made for experiments on humans. Vault tech does many experiments on human genetics and mental state.

Viridi: As well experiments for weapons, technology and etc. That why many Humans like to take their chances with the radioactive wilderness then being free test subjects for Vault Tech.

Pit: well he may sure a radioactive work, It doesn't seem special

Viridi: Pit, the game was rigged from the start

Yellow: Vault boy's suit blue parts will be Yellow and the yellow will be blue

White: Vault Boy's Suit blue parts will be white and the yellow will be black ( this is a refence to Benny )

Vault Gal: this will change Vault boy to Vault gal
