Remember how I was positive in this lovely countdown? [Top Fifteen favorite Loud House episodes ] Well SCREW positivity, it's time to rip the worst episodes in the series to shreds! Just like last time, spoilers are present. Also, I'll be bashing episodes many people seem to enjoy, so any comments that call me out will be nuked. So without further ado...

[FLAME SHIELD ACTIVATED]

XV- Fam Scam

Oh boy, Lola Loud. She's the worst of the Loud sisters. Absolutely bratty, loves to tattle and blackmail, throws temper tantrums, and has a pageant career that is in a downward spiral! She has some redeemable qualities, but they're expressed in episodes that focus on other Loud sisters! To put it short, she has only ONE good solo episode. The rest of them show just how cruel she is! So I may as well start with the most recent episode of hers in Fam Scam. With it, Lola meets an idol of hers (that she will never match with but that's a story for another day) in Cricket Van Doren. But she actually LIES about what kind of family she is from, which just so happens to have been blown by the end. But Cricket eventually made up with Lola and they move on. I think it's scummy for Lola to even consider lying about what family she is from in the first place. Cricket had every right to disown Lola forever, yet she didn't. Cricket had every right to call the cops on her for fraud, yet she didn't. Also, what happened to Lola's best friend Roxanne? Did the writers forget about her? It pisses me off that they exclude past characters in favor of introducing new ones that won't even last one episode.

XIV- Spell it Out

Lucy is the most boring character in the show. When she is the focus of the second episode I talk about, that's not a good sign. This episode is about Lucy using "magic spells" to get what she wants at the expense of others. Why is "magic spells" in quotes? Well they just turned out to be coincidental. And even if they were real spells, Lucy ended up going unpunished for her actions in the end! No grounding, no being forced to apologize to the others, nothing! And just like the previous one, Lucy acted like an asshole. Also, Harriet looks like Lucy in some way. They may as well have some things in common here.

XIII- Undercover Mom

Here we have an episode that botches up the morals so badly. Undercover Mom is about Rita... going undercover and underage just to be with three Loud sisters so she can get them to talk about their personal lives more. Because for some reason they never want to be open with the real deal. Rita learns that it's time to let the kids be independent. I think that's incredibly stupid because even when you're independent you at least should tell your relatives about school life! The way it was presented made me surprised that no suspicion was ever drawn towards them for any wrong reasons and made anyone believe they were doing something shady. Honestly, I think Lori can do a much better job at getting them to open up. Because Lori at least has a bigger spine than her parents ever will, if No Guts no Glory has any indication of that.

XII- No Such Luck

Okay, I know this is the most predictable entry to put on this list. But I'll be shocked to find anyone to say they don't hate No Such Luck. Everything I'm about to talk about has already been ripped to shreds by other Loud House fans, so I'm gonna give a brief rundown.

Lincoln doesn't want to go to any of his sisters' events but Lynn Jr forces him to do so anyway. Then he coincidentally makes Lynn Jr lose her softball game so she bans him from entering and calls him bad luck. He then decides to use this as an excuse to get out of all his sisters' other activities, until he ends up getting locked out of his home, which NO ONE caught onto the fact that it's illegal. He decides to show up in a softball game in a mascot suit, which they think is good luck so now he has to wear it for quite a while.

Yeah, that's absolutely trash. But what stops it from getting higher is that Lincoln himself is partially to blame for this episode, yet all the fans seem to blame Lynn Jr. Thank god On Thin Ice made her drop her superstitions to some extent.

XI- Lynner Takes All

Lynn Jr's episode roster was VERY hit or miss. She had quite a few good ones like Good Sports, Hero Today Gone Tomorrow, and On thin Ice, but some of them just miss the mark like this one. And for some stupid reason, Lynn Jr has managed to win 303 games IN A ROW before she got taken out in Settlers of Catan- I mean Catland. I don't know how she was able to win THAT many games without cheating and not getting caught. You'd think after the end of her streak she'd tone her competitive streak down afterwards right? NOPE! She gets even more competitive with the family, including with brushing her teeth that had a deleted scene that showed her teeth bleeding. Yeah I'm glad it was cut out in the final version. And what does she do in the end? Celebrate in private? Someone call Masquerade and beat her in a game of Bakugan with a Darkus Alpha Hydranoid and Darkus Hades combo! That should teach her about being too competitive!

X- Sound of Silence

If you've been paying attention to Lola's behavior between seasons 1 and 5, you know she barely changes her personality and behavior. She's gotten a bit tamer over recent years, but that doesn't change the fact she still has her past that I hope comes back to haunt her. So next we have the episode where Lincoln tunes out his sisters! He uses the earbuds to get some alone time, but his sisters just think he's ignoring them because he doesn't like them, and they want to teach him a lesson. You dumb sisters are unaware of the fact Lincoln is doing this because he wants some alone time and wants to be left alone! Lola clearly doesn't get that and plotted a revenge prank. And Lincoln, after she did that to you... Why did you want to be her pageant coach? And oldest Loud sisters, why did you not put Lola in her place?

IX- A Tattler's Tale

I seriously don't get why people are praising this crappy episode! Lola wants to hang out with her family in some secrets club, and she resorts to her tattletale and blackmail combo to get them to do things for her. That's absolutely unforgivable. Lola at least takes the blame this time for the secrets and spares the humiliation to her siblings, and they let her in the secret club. Does that warrant some character development? No it does not! What if the Loud siblings piss of Lola and she decides to turn on them and tell the truth and get the other siblings punished? Lola needs to PROVE that she can stop blackmailing and tattling altogether if she is deserving of any actual character development, or be in a situation where if she does do so things will be worse for her. "Snitches get stitches" apparently goes in one ear and out the other for Lola.

VIII- One Flu Over the Loud House

And here we have another episode that just like Game Off is hardly ever ripped to shreds. Only this one is worse and has been around much longer and it involves the Loud family getting sick! Now keep in mind this episode's hatred has nothing to do with the COVID-19 pandemic, I hated this episode since season 1 and everything was simple in the real world. Still, Lincoln's attitude is just plain retarded in this episode. He thinks this is some kind of zombie apocalypse and they must retreat to another home just to stay safe. But he ends up getting EVERYONE in his family sick thanks to some dumb sacrifice. Also, why does the Loud family suddenly moan like zombies when they're sick? Absolutely defies logic. And if that wasn't enough, this flu could potentially be fatal to someone small like Lily because of a practically nonexistent immune system. Should've gotten those hazmat suits ready ASAP to prevent something like this from happening again.

VII- Sleuth or Consequences

Lincoln's poorly-made costume is the least of the problems in this episode. He's blamed for clogging the toilet yet again, and the family is put on lockdown until the real culprit fesses up. Also his sisters mock him for the poorly made costume. Yes, even Luna and Leni, who are supposed to be the more kind and mature ones. Needless to say, a lot of family members are out of character here. Did I forget to mention that Lincoln says he's got thick skin? Well after what feels like an eternity of teasing, and missing out on a convention for that matter, he's gotta have a breaking point sooner or later. And even if he did go to his convention (in which he is better off doing so), the episode wouldn't have enough time to show Lincoln going to the convention. Ugh... Thank goodness for Deal me Out finally showing one of these conventions.

VI- Game Off

Oh dear god, now we're getting to the episodes that are actual horses**t. These are the kinds of episodes that DEMAND redemption in a future episode and are terrible all around! I may even want these episodes banned for how bad they are! And I may as well start with the ONLY episode from Season 4 to be on this list, and an episode I'm shocked that people haven't ranted on. The concept of Lana wanting to play Lincoln's game sounded good on paper, but its execution soon shattered a bond. Lana game overs on Lincoln's game and she tries to get back to where she was before, only to lose it all at the end. And worse yet, Lincoln brushes it off like it's nothing and says Lana can have a turn soon! Dude, you said you spend TWO weeks trying to get to where you were! The least you could do is make sure Lana is never allowed to play your games again until you regain her trust. Or pay attention to the ESRB rating and make sure it has a rating where you can play it but she can't.

V- Making the Case

It's the trophy case. It's the f**king trophy case. Lincoln's been unable to win a trophy to put in the case. And in the end, still does not have one! The little pity trophy at the end does not count, as it just reminds Lincoln he's got nothing. How about he gets a real trophy? Anybody? No? Oh but that's only half the problem! The other half is that he secretly catches the Loud siblings' most embarrassing moments (minus Lily and Luan) and decides to post it for the video contest. Yeah needless to say this could piss off his sisters. So much so that I'm not surprised that one or more of them asked hire an assassin to kill him! How does he fix this? Post embarrassing moments of himself in place of his sisters! I'm sorry, but that's total BS. Here's what Lincoln should've done instead: Get the trophy first, then consider posting embarrassing moments of yourself afterwards. If it risks getting a month's-long grounding and possible human pretzelization by Lori.

IV- Read Aloud

Oh look, it's another episode that deals with the seven deadly sins of Lola Harriet Loud. And it's one big fat continuity error at that. The plot of this episode is that the Loud sisters want to win a book-reading contest at the local library. One that Lisa isn't exactly welcome at because of fines totaling to... hmmm.... about $50,000. Yes you heard me right. Lisa is just a little girl and does not deserve a debt of that magnitude. Granted she should be smarter on what she does with her library books but that's not even relevant to the rest of the episode, which is where things get REAL BAD. It turns out that Lola can't even read, which not only costs the Loud family the contest DESPITE the fact Lincoln tried teaching her how to do so, but it contradicts with earlier episodes where she could CLEARLY read and write! And the icing on the cake is that Lola feels bad for her family and tries to cook pizzas that were in the grand prize. That does NOT make up for what happened. Someone needs to throw ALL of Lola's pizzas in the trash, tell her that only the pizzas in the winning prize are good, go out of their way to beat up the winning team and leave them for dead, and demand an extension of time to the contest! Sounds like something Lynn would be useful for.

III- Fool's F**king Paradise

Luan's been a good villain in the episode April Fool's Rules, showing that she can put on a show for her family on her favorite holiday. But let me tell you something she probably doesn't know; even a good villain has their limits. Something she doesn't get in the VERY NEXT April fool's Day episode. In this one Luan doesn't take her rage on just Lincoln, but the ENTIRE family! Her pranks were fun and creative. Oh, and LETHAL! Does Luan ever think about that the fact one day her pranks could KILL someone? This is why the Regular Show episode Prankless was a great one because it shows that Muscle Man has a conscience despite the fact he's a skilled prankster. But Luan decides "eh, it's a cartoon, no one actually dies." So she just goes merciless. Granted the Loud family eventually turned the tables and gave Luan a taste of her own medicine, but Luan just says she'll make her pranks hit MUCH harder next year. She shouldn't even get a "next year" after the fact that 1. Lisa could've died from the bed, 2. Lana could've suffered anaphylactic shock and died, 3. Lucy could've died from the bleach especially had it entered her mouth, 4. Luna could've drowned, and 5. Luan doesn't give 2 f**ks about safety! Let's just hope that someone doesn't try to re-create Luan's burtal pranks in real life...

II- The Green House

You thought Luan's worst was bad? This next episode is very offensive with its morals! Let me list the ways on why this episode pisses me off! It also shares MANY of the flaws from earlier entries!

Lincoln manipulating his sisters to win a contest? YUP
Contest rigged against main characters? YUP
Lincoln treated like an outcast no matter what? YUP
Creating tension between the family? YUP
Lack of hygiene? YUP

Lincoln can't even be in the school to celebrate the victory since he's in THAT bad hygiene! And it's about dealing with the concept of Earth Day, which is VERY OFFENSIVE to me since I was born that day! You know what? I'm done! I've seen too much suffering in this show and I'm done! Screw it! It's over!

[ is currently going berserk, we apologize for the inconvenience]

Okay fine. We've got one more entry to deal with. Hopefully it can't be too bad, right?

I- BRAWL

God damn it... the things I do for you people...

Sweet merciful Arceus... This episode... This F**KING episode! This has got to be the worst episode in the entire series! Every other episode had at least one redeeming quality. Brawl in the Family has ABSOLUTELY NONE! This episode is about Lori and Leni fighting over a DRESS! What kind of logic does that make! If you want to wear the same dress, just settle it in a laser tag duel or something. Oh, but that's just the TIP of the iceberg! The fight prevents anyone from going into the same vicinity as any sisters who were in a fight. This so-called sister fight protocol is absolutely SEXIST! Eventually it gets so bad from Lincoln's dumb ideas that all the Loud sisters minus Lily get involved! And the MOMENT Lincoln leaves, everyone calms down like nothing happened? The explanation? Lincoln's absence from the family helped all fights get resolved. Oh that is the ultimate sin! So they're saying that Lincoln's absence will make EVERYTHING better? Absolutely Horses**t! They NEED Lincoln as much as he needs them, and telling him he's not needed is just asking for Lincoln to commit suicide right in front of them so they could learn how to deal with the fact Lincoln is no longer with them and forever have the burden that you not needing Lincoln caused all of this! Hell if would be a LOT worse if they said that to someone who's an actually good character like Luna or Lisa. No, the moral of the story is NOT respect the sister fight protocol! It's that EVERY family member is supposed to be there for each other in EVERY situation! And to not watch this abysmal episode!

Dishonorable mentions

Raw Deal- Lucy betrayed Lincoln's trust with cards
Ruthless People- Lana is to blame for a pointless conflict
Out on a Limo- Lincoln acted like a jerk, yet karma bit him in the ass
Future Tense- Asshole parents at their finest. Or should I say worst?
Gown and Out- A failed attempt for Lola to redeem herself and most likely her last
Community Disservice- Tries to be Friend or Faux but fails miserably
A Mutt Above- What's the point exactly? Besides the introduction of Lacey St. Claire?

I actually liked Save the Date. Can’t call it a highly ranked episode, but it’s not as god awful as you claim in my book.

And at least Lincoln ends up with a girlfriend in the end.

Now you got my attention. That’s very bad and will likely grab the attention of animal rights groups to come after the Loud family.

Okay, what I said is that, for me, you didn't explain very well the reason why you didn't like that episode. and that part of the pizza felt out of place.

murphase2 In reply to Evilfan1 [2020-08-02 20:51:41 +0000 UTC]

Well let’s put it in a simple manner: Either they get their pizza the right way, or not at all. That will make everyone in this family happy.

I also explained why I hate the episode rather well. Lola not being able to read contradicts that of earlier episodes, and it costs the Loud family the contest, there’s the part with Lisa’s overdue fees which is relatively minor, and there’s Lola’s attempt to cook pizza herself, which is a reminder of the Loud family’s failure so it doesn’t help anything. I rest my case.
