1) Crona refers to himself as "Boku" in the japanese version, which is the male way of saying I or me. Watashi is for females.
2)When he and Black*Star were fighting in the manga... well...
Black*Star: Big deal, you have three swords, I can do that too! Tsubaki, ?-mode, go!
Tsubaki: you have two swords, but where are you going to get the third one?
Black*Star: Simple, every man has one... *pelvic thrust* THE ULTIMATE WEAPON!!! ... So wait, Crona, now you have four swords.
3) If a girl looks like a girl, could anyone confuse it for a boy? No. If Crona was a girl, then Atsushi Ohkubo would have made him more masculine. He made him feminine on purpose.
4) Girls who are abused by their mothers are more likely to turn out very aggresive and rebelious, while boys turn out more timid and frightened. It works reversed with fathers.
5) Don't put it past the Japanese to put a boy in a dress, and if you think his pink hair means he's a girl, then think again! Marluxia, a character from Kingdom Hearts, has pinker and flippier hair than Crona.
6) If a daughter has a Witch relative, then it would be able to use magic. Medusa hates Crona so much because he was a son, not a daughter with magic, so she tried to make him into a Kishin.

Goodness. I realized most of this, but all of it together really does point to Crona being male...which, of course, is why I believe so. Thank you for the list c: That last one about Medusa was interesting, I've never heard that before. Neat

Also, another thing...
People who think that Crona is a female say "Maka is flat, so Crona can be, too" but this isn't true. Maka's mom is never shown, and is most likely flat, too. It's hereditary. In Crona's family, the women have large chests, like Arachne or Medusa... There's not only this, but Crona is also older than Maka by a year or so, and Maka is at least 15 ((Hence Soul is the same age and Soul can ride a motorcycle in Italy, where I've lived for six years)) so Crona is around 16 a puberty has stopped effecting him if he were female. Taa-Daa! ((my mind refuses to believe that he is female >:3))

and in the anime it says Crona's a guy
