red englisch mit allen denen, die kein deutsch sprechen (oder was auch immer du sonst noch spricht)... ich denke nicht, dass sich dann anderssprachige sooo ausgegrenzt fühlen. 
aber wenn man das zu oft macht (zB seine gesamte seite nur auf deutsch verfasst), fühlen sich leute nicht angesprochen.
