Im pretty sure im not. Im not claiming anything, and it isn't against the law to take pics of a movie and edit them. If it is, i dont know about it, and would like a link to the devaintart rules so i can see for myself that its against the rules. I have a lot of fans and i would think one of them would tell me if i was breaking the rules. Thanks for the concern.

"isn't against the law to take pics of a movie and edit them"
It's totally not against the law to take the mona lisa from the gallery it's in and re-colour it green. It's counted as art theft, and, afriad so, that's against the law.
"I have a lot of fans and i would think one of them would tell me if i was breaking the rules."
No, not really. If they like your srtuff and like you, reporting you is bad.
FAQ #157: Can I use things created by other people in my submissions?
FAQ #306: Does "Crediting" let me use whatever I want?
And I'm sure it'll be somewhere in here [link]
need more proof or shall I go on to report your pictures?

Ok, im not downloading someone else's art, or pics. I am aloud to use pics from a movie and edit them, post them and not sell them. If you type Eragon in Google you find millions of pics from the movie. I dont understand why im breaking the law, im not claiming them or stealing them. The copy right doesn't say anything about taking pics of the movie, editing them, and showing it to others. Please don't think im calling you a liar, i am genuinely concern that im breaking any laws, but the links you gave me are not a applying to me. They dont say anything about movie pics. If other people jumped off a building, would you do it too, because lots of people do it?
It said screen shots, which is what this is.
I'm merely going by site rules. If you don't follow them, you'll get reported one way or abother eventually, anyway.
