well we have Sailor Heroine!Every hero needs a cape :3 and mayhaps Maggie could assist the TT in this suit lol
But here is Maggie as Sailor Heroine!
I did this because tmnt and sailor moon crossovers are cute and i love the work of =DracheaRannak
i may change the background
