In the video game Batman: Arkham Asylum, the Joker gets his hands on a muscle-enhancing formula called "Titan". If he had given so Titan to Harley, she might have pumped up as "Titan Harley" and gave Joker more victories. But he didn't. His loss, I suppose...

Joker did give huge amounts of Titan to Poison Ivy, but she used it all on her plants instead of herself. I was excited when I heard of "Titan Ivy", but was let down a little when I saw the truth.

This is not one of my favorite Iczerman drawings, but it has grown on me over the years. I like Harley now more than I used to as well.
