Yup, Dante again.This actually started off as just practice sketching on SAI. And then while I was working on making a new brush in CS2 and doodling on there. I went back and forth and ended up coloring it. All the lines except for his face and neck were actually done in vector lines (again messing around in SAI), and that is why it took me so freaking long to finish this.
I know that his jacket and shirt isn't very detailed. Like all the details on his jacket and the zipper on his shirt. AND... a big hug to someone who can help me figure out how to draw zipper teeth. I tried for an hour trying to draw some teeth on his shirt. Oh, my God!... you guessed it I gave up and left it out. XD; Anyway, enough of my babbling.
Done in SAI and (cheesy lines & BG) done in CS2.

Hehe! Hey, you might know this one....what was the game that came out for the PS2 that had Dante as an unlockable? It had a Japanese sounding name....even when it came out I couldn't find it. Shin Tetsumi something anotherishy or what not? Gah, I remember people telling me about it, how it was hard and Dante was in it.....( after DMC4 I am on a Dante kick again...)

It is hard to find. It's a very sought after game. I got lucky while I was working at EB Games. Someone had traded it in.. X3
Have you looked on Amazon or Ebay? I'd keep checking at your local Gamestop or EB Games. You might get lucky. XD

Vector lines also take me a while too, lol. I really like how this one turned out and the bit of red on his cheek and neck is a nice touch. I'm not sure how your zipper teeth looked like, but I'd probably would have used small tiny rectangular boxes and duplicated them along the line of the jacket? But I think it looks good, even without the zipper teeth.

I did have it as little retangular boxes with some shadow, but then it looked so cluttered and it just didn't look "real". I think I had too many of them together or maybe I just couldn't get the color right.. Who knows, but thanks for the suggestion.
