Rises from my grave to drop some WoF bases on y'all B)RULES:
You MAY:
-Make Adoptables to trade for or sell for points
-Use it personally
-Edit the bases/mix and match for hybrid OCs
You CANNOT:
-Remove the 'musewings' credit
-Sell the bases for real money
-Claim the bases as your own
-Trace the bases for your own art

i would love to use this! however, is it okay if i use it as a reference? i'm very nervous about using things that don't really belong to me in a way not specifically stated in the rules section so uh if this sounds stupid you know why.

Unfortunately I don't have access to any sort of drawing program on my laptop, and so I have to use my tablet for my art. Is it possible that you can can make some kind of transparent version for those unable to use a computer for their art? Myself and most likely any others would love to be able to use these.
