It's... Well, my old, old, ooooold OC for Sonic the Hedgehog. YES, my style is TOTALLY different from theirs. I get it. T.TAnyways!
Her name is... Fiona... and she's a... fox.
Who can control water. And loves water. Thus the water in the background.
Simply put, I was just testing out drawing simple Backgrounds, but I love her.
Her skirt was supposed to be gray and her shirt a darker yellow, but... Oh well.
