Yes it is true, i want to be a Let's player...It is not a big dream but a far away one none the less...
I made this comic to motivate me... if you notice there is a part one at the top..... yes I;m going to try to make this a regular thing
it is so weird doing comics again .w.
anyway ya I am taking an editing class but I also did it just because I thought it would be a good idea to understand editing software better and the lets play understanding thing was just a bonus .w.
I hope my teacher John never sees this... because my crude drawing will never do him justice...
Lets watch to see if I succeed or fail at becoming a Let's Player!
EDIT: i thought i should define want a Let's Player is... Basically they record themselves playing a video game while giving a walkthrough of that game, tell jokes, freak out in funny ways when they fail, any really just talk .w.
They are really fun to watch, or at least they are to me .w.
IF you want to see some really good ones for yourself i would say go to youtube and look up The Runaway guys, they are a group of three Let's Players who do really go work and play party games together .w. they also invite guests owo
also maybe jsut look up a game you liek or a game you have always wanted to see but never have gotten a chance to... most likely someone has Lp'ed it

a let's play is a form of walkthrough for video games that usually contains commentary on the game as well as jokes and stories told by the person playing the game

haha, that is the exact same response my parents give me when i was practicing commentary while playing a game. i tell them im practicing getting used to talking to people for a LP and they are just like, "What?"

If you want to be a let's player go to youtube and go to Kenshin1913 and watch Let's play Dragon Quest 8 he's done doing DQ8 but it might help

LPing is fun, but I get really quiet when I'm playing a game because I get REALLY focused. Thus, when I failed I would shout triumphantly and COMPLETELY forget that I was recording.
I haven't watched any Lets Play videos in awhile.... this kinda makes me want too

Im a LPer but not a very good one. I demand you be an awesome lets player for people like me, who cant do the editing or other fancy things and are still in the process of getting capture cards and such.
Right now all i've got is an iPod camera, live commentary and a stand used to hold the iPod in place. So you need to be awesome and kick ass for guys and gals like me XD
