I wanted the illustration to show the elements of patriotism and pride with one's own country, sportmanship, as well as enthusiasm. I made the artwork look like a scrapbook style (with notes, map and photographs) since the Olympics is indeed worth remembering. It is an event where the world keep its eyes on. We cheer for those who represent our country, athletes who hold our country's pride and name.

"Inspire a Generation" is from the official slogan of the London Olympics Olympics 2012 (ooor, from what Google told me) xD
