All favorites of mine, except for Gaston and Scar though. Β Scar is my sister's most favorite though, and since Jeremy Irons/Jim Cummings is so fun to imitate (He's so British, it isn't even funny.), I won't begrudge her for it.
Gothel, Ursula, and Hades are my favorite parts of this picture (quite well drawn, and instantly recognizable, but definitely in our own style).

Pretty cool! Buuuuut... there's some villains that you forgot to add (what? no, I don't have nothing against your picture, it's perfect, is just I do like seeing all of the Disney Villains in only one picture, even the "not-so-famous-ones"), like:
Maleficent, The Queen/Witch (from Snow White and the Seven Dwarves), Clayton and Sabor the Jaguar (from Tarzan), Ratcliffe (from Pocahontas), Captain Hook, Lady Tremaine (from Cinderella), (I suggest myself to do not include the Man from Bambi, because he is unseen in both movies), Ratingan (from The Great Mouse Detective), Dr. Facilier, the Horned King (from The Black Cauldron), Cruella DeVil (from A Hundred and One Dalmatians) (I don't know if I can indicate the Firebird from Fantasia 2000, that bad guy from the first movie from Mulan (I can't remember his name!), Yzma from Emperor's New Groove, Sykes from Oliver and Company...), and Mor'du (the demon-bear from Brave)...

Well, I do know a lot about Disney's work, but I never thought that I was "really good" at this point. I had watched almost all of Disney's films and I don't have an "favourite villain", 'cause all of them are "perfectly personalized". But okay, I understand it. (anyway, the way you made Frollo and Scar in a "menacing pose", let's face it, is awesome!)
(by the way, sorry for the bad english, 'cause I'm brazilian, and speak a "perfecto" english is just too hard)
